Bailey Walden

Bailey Walden focuses her legal practice on civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on premises liability, automobile liability, and insurance fraud claims. Bailey recognizes that being sued is never a welcomed experience, and works to ensure that her clients feel informed, supported, and strongly represented during the course of litigation.

Bailey graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Indiana Health Law Review. In 2016, Bailey earned her M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Bailey joined Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C. in 2018 after she and husband relocated to Memphis from Indianapolis, Indiana. Bailey is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group.
