Amy Harper Deems is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C. and a member of the firm’s Tort Litigation Group. She joined the firm in 2019 after earning her law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of North Alabama, Amy worked as a paralegal for firms in both Charleston, SC and Nashville, TN. She then worked for the Counsel to Governor Bill Haslam of Tennessee prior to attending law school.
While in law school, Amy interned for the Honorable Raymond Kethledge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and TennCare, Tennessee’s Medicaid program. She was recognized for her pro bono service completing over 200 pro bono hours during law school.
