Annabelle Harris is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC. She joined the firm after a one-year clerkship with the Honorable John T. Fowlkes, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tulane University, Belle earned her law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
While in law school, Belle served as an extern to the Honorable Diane K. Vescovo of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and an intern to the Honorable Thomas L. Parker of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Belle worked on the Editorial Board of the University of Memphis Law Review as an Articles Editor. She also served as a Student Justice for the Honor Council and as a brief writer for the Duberstein Moot Court Travel Team.
