Kirk L. Moore

Kirk joined Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC, in September 2022. Kirk is a native of Milan, Tennessee and received his B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1998 and Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Thereafter, he received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. Kirk is currently the City Attorney for Martin, City of South Fulton, and the City of Woodland Mills, Tennessee. Kirk is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He is a member of the University of Tennessee College of Law Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law, Obion County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization, and the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners (Investigatory Committee).

Kirk has a practice in many areas including: general civil matters: municipal representation, estate planning and probate, business formation, landlord/tenant matters, collections and creditor representation, real estate transactions, personal injury, general litigation, as well as criminal matters.

Kirk resides in Martin, Tennessee with his wife and children. Kirk is a member, Deacon, and Sunday School teacher at Martin Church of Christ.
