Laura Williams

Ms. Williams has significant experience in the areas of business transactions, commercial law, real estate law, creditors’ bankruptcy, estate and disability planning, probate law, and elder law. She handles commercial real estate closings and represents numerous banks in the structuring of commercial loans and the handling of workouts and bankruptcies. In addition, Ms. Williams has extensive experience in the formation of business entities, drafting agreements regarding the sales of businesses, and other business contracts. Ms. Williams administers estates and advises individuals on wills and disability issues, including Medicaid nursing home benefits.
