Bailey is a member in Rainey Kizer’s Memphis office. She focuses her civil litigation practice primarily on defending premises liability, automobile liability, and insurance fraud matters. She represents clients in both Tennessee state and federal courts.

Bailey graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she served on the Editorial Board of the Indiana Health Law Review. She also holds her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Outside of the office, Bailey can be found spending time with her husband and two young daughters, listening to podcasts, and working through her endless “to be read” pile of books.
