Conner graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with honors where he was a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law, the Tennessee Journal of Law, Leadership, and Policy, and the Moot Court Board. Conner also graduated with a certificate in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution and participated in the Legal Clinic and UT Pro Bono.
