While at Vanderbilt, Mr. Gagliano was a 4 year member of the men’s Varsity Soccer team which won the 1996 Sun Belt Conference Championship.

In law school, Mr. Gagliano was a member of the Moot Court Board where his team finished as a semi-finalist in the Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition in Albany, New York. Mr. Gagliano was also the recipient of the CALI Award for outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing.

Between his first and second year of law school, Mr. Gagliano clerked at the United States District Attorney’s office in Greenville South Carolina where he worked alongside former South Carolina Senator and Fox News Analyst, Trey Gowdy.

Daniel has tried and won over 40 jury trials during his 24 years in practice.

Daniel has also completed mediation training and is in the process of obtaining his mediation certification.

Interests

While he is not advocating for his clients, Daniel spends most of his time running and hitting the gym. He also enjoys watching his son play football and his daughter cheerlead at Christ Presbyterian Academy. Daniel is an avid hiker, snow skier, soccer player, and marathoner.
