Daniel is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Jackson office where he practices mainly in Tort and Insurance defense. Daniel attended the University Mississippi School of Law where he served as an editor on the Mississippi Sports Law Review, was selected as a Business Law Fellow, and was a member of the Christian Legal Society, the Federalist Society, the Gorove Society of International law, the Interprofessional Education Board, and the Rod & Gun Club. Daniel was also admitted to limited practice as a law student while serving clients in the school’s Low-Income Housing Clinic.

Interests

Outside of the Office, Daniel spends his time in the gym or in the outdoors hiking, hunting, or riding his motorcycle. Originally from Texas, Daniel enjoys exploring his new home state, especially by visiting the numerous state parks throughout West and Middle Tennessee. He also tries to make the trip to Oxford as often as possible to watch the Ole Miss Rebels and spend time on the square.
