Ms. Neiderland is a Member of the Firm, in the Tort and Insurance group. With a background in health care litigation, Ms. Neiderland’s practice now focuses on general personal injury defense litigation, subrogation matters, and insurance coverage litigation. Ms. Neiderland is the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Tort and Insurance Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. She is a member of the 2025 class of the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum. She also serves as the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association’s representative on the Tennessee Bar Foundation IOLTA Grant Committee. She was recently given the TDLA Emerging Leader Award. Ms. Neiderland was included in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America. Ms. Neiderland is a member of Belmont Law’s American Inn of Court, where she mentors law students. She truly enjoys the practice of law and sharing that with young and aspiring lawyers. Ms. Neiderland has experience in state and federal court, including bench trials, jury trials, and appellate argument.

Outside the office, Ms. Neiderland can be found on the golf course with her husband and her son, Warner. She also enjoys volunteering at Warner’s school. Sports have always been a big part of her life, so she has loved sharing that love of sports with Warner, as she cheers him on at all of his little league games. Ms. Neiderland brings an athlete mentality to the courtroom and her work at the Firm. She is competitive and determined to provide the best possible representation to her clients.

Interests

In law school, Ms. Neiderland served as an Articles Editor for the Belmont University Law Review and the President of the Board of Advocates. Ms. Neiderland competed on the National Moot Court Team and acted as a Student Ambassador. Ms. Neiderland received CALI Awards in four classes, including Legal Writing I and II. In undergrad, Ms. Neiderland was on the Rhodes Volleyball team, completed two service-based fellowships, and served as a Rhodes Diplomat.
