Kasey makes her home in Chickamauga, Georgia, where she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and dog, and serving the local community through her church.

Interests

As a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group, Kasey’s practice focuses on civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on automobile liability, premises liability, first party defense, coverage analysis, third party defense, and other insurance-related matters. Kasey joined the Firm in 2022 after graduating cum laude from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. While in law school, Kasey maintained the Dean’s List and served as an Article and Notes Editor for the Belmont Law Review, during which time, her academic work on the death penalty was selected for publication by Trinity Law Review. Kasey was also a recipient of the CALI Award for Legal Research & Writing and served as the President of Christian Legal Society. She also served as Research Assistant to Professor Kristi Arth, resulting in the publication of the treatise, Privileges & Protections: TN & Sixth Circuit Law, and the textbook, Legal Issues for Arts Organizations. In addition, Kasey served in various internship experiences at the federal court level, state department, and for non-profits.
