Ms. Wilson is a litigation attorney in RKRB’s Jackson and Martin office. She joined the Firm in 2000 and has focused her practice on insurance defense, with an emphasis on all types of personal injury, wrongful death and premises liability defense, representing insureds and insurance companies. A significant portion of her practice focuses on first party claims as well as coverage issues that involve potential fraudulent claims and Examinations under Oath for a multitude of insurance company clients in Tennessee and across the Southeast Region. Ms. Wilson also represents several local and statewide businesses in commercial litigation.

Ms. Wilson’s practice regularly takes her across the state representing her clients. She has extensive trial experience in general sessions, circuit and appellate courts. She has tried more than 16 jury trials across Tennessee in more than 10 counties, from rural counties to Metropolitan areas.

In addition, Ms. Wilson has extensive experience in evaluating matters for clients from pre-suit evaluations and resolutions, claims evaluations for liability and or settlement, and litigation analysis from pre-suit to trial.

Interests

While not working, Keely can either be found at the ballpark or volleyball gym, depending upon the season, watching her daughter play ball. Her son recently graduated with a mechanical engineering degree. She loves animals and has six dogs. She also enjoys being outdoors spending time on her farm, tending to her chickens and garden. She loves doing anything outdoors and watching the UT Vols.
