Mr. Wehner is a member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC and has been with the firm since 1996. He specializes in representing healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, dentists, chiropractors, hospitals, clinics, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and others in malpractice cases. He also assists healthcare providers facing audits by Medicare and Medicaid. In addition to his healthcare practice, Mr. Wehner has experience in commercial litigation, product liability, premises liability, and general civil litigation. He frequently helps clients with matters before state licensing boards.
