Chris joined the firm in 2012. He is a partner in the Memphis office. He represents and defends insured individuals and entities, self-insured entities, and insurance companies in various types of cases, including: premises liability, negligent security, auto accidents, trucking accidents, uninsured motorist coverage, professional liability, agent/broker liability, insurance coverage investigations, and insurance fraud. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in federal and state court. Chris is also very active in the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (“TDLA”), and he currently serves as the President Elect of the TDLA. Additionally, Chris serves as a firm representative in Insuralex, a global organization that specializes in insurance coverage, defense, and litigation.

Interests

Chris is a native Memphian. Both he and his wife grew up in Memphis and went to White Station High School. Chris and his wife Katie have two young children that keep them busy. Chris enjoys fishing, sporting events, spending time outdoors with his children, competing in barbeque contests, and cooking for his family.
