Will’s practice focuses on banking and creditor relations, corporate and finance, real estate, estate planning and elder law.  To keep clients, CPAs, and lawyers up to date, he sends a monthly newsletter out on estate planning and probate and a bi-monthly newsletter out on business transactions.  Will is a retired Major from the U.S. Army Reserve serving from 1978-1996.  He served in the U.S. Army on active duty at Fort McClellan, Alabama from 1975-1978.
