Keely N. Wilson Now Offering Mediation Services as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator
Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC is proud to announce that Keely N. Wilson, a member in the Firm’s Jackson and Martin offices, has been officially listed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator.
With more than two decades of litigation experience — including extensive trial work in state and federal courts across Tennessee — Ms. Wilson brings a wealth of insight, practical problem-solving skills, and a balanced perspective to the mediation process. Her background in insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and commercial litigation uniquely positions her to help parties find common ground and resolve disputes efficiently.
Mediation offers an effective, cost-conscious alternative to litigation, allowing parties to maintain control over the outcome while avoiding the time, expense, and uncertainty of trial. As a Rule 31 Mediator, Ms. Wilson is available to conduct mediations both before and after lawsuits are filed, in accordance with Tennessee Supreme Court guidelines.
“My goal as a mediator is to create a respectful, solution-focused environment where all parties feel heard and empowered to reach a resolution,” said Ms. Wilson.
