Congrats to Alexander and Cleek on TN Ct. of Appeals Win

Congratulations to RKRB partners, John Alexander and Ashley Cleek, on their win in the Tennessee Court of Appeals in an opinion that was released on December 23, 2015.  The Court affirmed the trial court’s dismissal of Plaintiff’s case on the basis that the Plaintiff’s decedent had not been “adjudicated incompetent” prior to the alleged injury so as to trigger application of the tolling statute; thus, it held that the claim was barred by the statute of limitations.
