The 2016 Edition of Best Lawyers in America© includes seven attorneys at the law firm of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC (Rainey Kizer).

Robert O. Binkley, Jr. was honored as the 2016 “Lawyer of the Year” in the Memphis-Area Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers category.  He is the fifth Rainey Kizer attorney to be recognized as a Memphis-Area “Lawyer of the Year.”  Binkley was also selected as Best Lawyers® in the Employment Law – Management and Labor Law – Management practice areas.  Best Lawyers® has included Binkley in its rankings for ten consecutive years.  Binkley has represented employers in workers’ compensation and employment matters since he joined Rainey Kizer in 1986.

Bradford D. Box was selected in four practice areas – Insurance Law, Litigation – Insurance, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers.

Jerry D. Kizer, Jr. was included in the Medical Malpractice Law – Defendant practice area.  The Best Lawyers® publication previously named Kizer the 2013 Memphis-Area “Lawyer of the Year” in this practice area and has also included him in the peer-reviewed list for ten consecutive years.

 Marty R. Phillips was likewise selected in the Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants practice area.  Best Lawyers® has included Phillips as a Best Lawyer in that category for ten consecutive years.

Russell E. Reviere was included in the Insurance Law practice area.  The Best Lawyers® publication named Reviere the 2015 Memphis-Area “Lawyer of the Year” in this practice area and has included him in the peer-reviewed list for the past nine years.

 Laura A. Williams was included in the Real Estate Law practice area.  This is Williams’ fourth year to be included in Best Lawyers®.

 Timothy G. Wehner was chosen in the Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants practice area.
