Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC Announces Two New Partners

Martin, TN (January 18, 2023) – Allison S. Whitledge (Martin) and Rebecca P. Biehslich (Martin) have been named as Members of  Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC. Allison S. Whitledge and Rebecca P. Biehslich, formerly of Whitledge & Biehslich, PLLC, joined  Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC on September 1, 2022.

Allison S. Whitledge has a general civil practice which primarily includes divorce, child support, child custody, estate planning and probate,  education/school law, business formations, and real estate transactions. Additionally, Allison currently serves as Corporate Counsel for the City of Fulton, Kentucky and is the Weakley County attorney for Weakley County, Tennessee as well as the attorney for the Town of Obion  and Board attorney for Fulton County Board of Education.

Allison obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice in all state  courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and in the United States District Court for the Western Districts of Kentucky and Tennessee.  Allison is admitted to practice in all courts of the state of Tennessee and before all state and federal courts in Mississippi and the United  States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Allison is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Weakley County Bar Association, and is the President of the  1st Judicial Circuit Bar Association. She resides in Martin, Tennessee with her husband, Dr. Joshua Whitledge, daughter, Reagan, and  son, Drew.

Rebecca P. Biehslich has a general civil practice which primarily includes estate planning and probate, real estate transactions, business  (corporate) law, collection work, landlord/tenant disputes, divorce and child custody, and municipal law. Additionally, Rebecca currently  serves as Corporate Counsel for the Fulton Electric System, Hickman Electric System, Fulton Industrial Development Authority, Fulton  County Industrial Development Authority, and the Fulton County Transit Authority.

Rebecca obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandies School of Law in 1997. Rebecca  also holds a Master of Public Administration from Murray State University and a Bachelor of Science from Union University. She is admitted  to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and she is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for  the Western Districts of Kentucky and Tennessee as well as all courts of the State of Tennessee.

Rebecca is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, 1st Judicial Circuit Bar Association, Obion County Bar  Association, and Weakley County Bar Association. She resides in South Fulton, Tennessee with her husband, Bo Biehslich, and daughter,  Averie Catherine.
