Associate Attorney Taylor Flake Lawson Contributes Article

Taylor Flake Lawson, an associate attorney in our Jackson office, recently contributed an article in May 2022 edition of HR Professionals magazine. The article, “Non-Binary Gender Option Added to EEOC Discrimination Charge Intake Process,” discusses the implication for employers resulting from the EEOC’s announcement to add an option to mark “X” (a non-binary gender marker), during two stages of the intake and charge filing process.
