Two Law School Honors Grads Join Rainey Kizer as Associate Attorneys

Jackson,TN (11/16/12) – Two new associate attorneys, both law school honors graduates, have joined Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC (Rainey Kizer), an AV rated  law firm with offices inJackson andMemphis,TN.  The attorneys are John V. Arnold and Chris Frulla.  

Arnoldis based in the firm’sJacksonoffice as a member of the Healthcare  and Business Law Practice Groups.  He earned his J.D. cum laude and a Certificate in Health Law atSt. LouisUniversity.

While at SLU,Arnoldserved as a Faculty Fellow working to update the health law casebook, and interned in the legal department of a large non-profit health system.  He also earned the Academic Excellence Award for his performance in Transactional Healthcare Practice. Arnoldearned his undergraduate degree atUnionUniversity.

Frulla has joined the Insurance Defense and Tort Litigation Practice Groups and is based in the firm’sMemphisoffice.  He earned his J.D. from theUniversityofMemphisand his undergraduate degree from theCollegeofCharleston, both cum laude.

In law school, Frulla was a senior staff member of the Law Review, earned the Dean’s Award of Excellence for Best Appellate Brief, Legal Methods II, and was recipient of the Cecil C. Humphreys Law Fellowship.  He served as an extern for Magistrate Diane Vescovo in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
