October 23rd, 2018 – RKRB’s Laura Williams will speak at the Facing Future Choices Conference, which will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at West Jackson Baptist Church’s Fellowship Hall.  Ms. Williams’ vast experience includes administering estates and advising individuals on wills and disability issues, including Medicaid nursing home benefits.

There is no cost for event and the theme is The Basics: Elder Law Attorneys Providing Practical Wisdom for Facing the Future.

Exhibitors will be available to provide information about services for seniors and people with disabilities. Additional educational information will also be available on living options including home health, assisted and independent living, non-medical in-home care, public housing, community programs for the seniors and the disabled, nursing home and hospice.

This conference was developed and organized by the Facing Future Choices Steering Committee: Southwest Area Agency on Aging and Disability and West Tennessee Healthcare.
