Matthew is the current leader of law firm’s Business Group and has twenty-four years of experience representing clients in areas of probate, estate planning, conservatorships, guardianships, business acquisition, contract drafting, real estate litigation, trial practice, and appellate practice.  Matthew also teaches Business Law as an adjunct professor through the University of Tennessee at Martin and has taught seminars on the probate administration process and debt collections.

Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and Corgi. Matthew enjoys playing tennis and running.
