Blake Tims is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC, in Jackson, Tennessee. Blake’s practice consists of civil litigation defense. He is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Groups. In his practice, he represents several nationwide insurance companies and their insureds in both first-party and third-party litigation with a focus on automobile and premises liability. He also represents businesses and corporations in commercial litigation matters. His clients include some of the nation’s most recognizable carriers, retailers, financial institutions, and manufacturers, and his representation touches virtually every industry group.
While in law school, Blake served as a Staff Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, the school’s flagship student-managed and student-edited scholarly journal. Blake was also recognized as a Business Law Fellow and was a member of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, Interprofessional Education Board, the Christian Legal Society, and the Federalist Society. Blake is also a member of numerous professional organizations including the following: Tennessee Bar Association, The Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inn of Court, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute.
