Craig is a member of RKRB and has been associated with the Firm since 2003. Craig is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and Editor of the Tennessee Law Review. He currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Tennessee Bar Journal. Craig is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Tennessee and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law graduate, named Top 40 Under 40 Professional in 2015, and holds an AVE rating with Martindale Hubbell. He has also been named a Rising Star in the area of medical malpractice defense by Super Lawyers.  Craig has authored several articles in the Tennessee Bar Journal, the DRI Trial Tactics Newsletter, and the DRI Magazine. He frequently speaks on healthcare liability issues at CLE seminars. He has also been an invited speaker before the Tennessee House of Representatives Civil Justice Subcommittee, the National Vaccine Law Conference in Washington, D.C., the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, and the Tennessee Nurses Association Annual Conference. Craig has been interviewed on legal topics by The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Memphis Daily News.

   

Mr. Sanders has handled multiple medical malpractice cases to verdict in both jury and bench trials in Tennessee. He has participated in over twenty appeals, including six before the Tennessee Supreme Court.  Craig has written amicus briefs in appellate cases for other interested parties, including the Tennessee Hospital Association, the Tennessee Medical Association, and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.

When not in a courtroom or his office, Mr. Sanders enjoys spending time with this wife and three daughters. He also enjoys playing golf, visiting National Parks, surviving CrossFit classes, and attending college football games.
