Paige Goodwin

Paige Goodwin is an Associate at Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC, in Nashville, Tennessee. Her practice primarily consists of estate planning, civil litigation defense, contract drafting and negotiations, as well as general business transactions, with an emphasis on healthcare regulatory and transactional law matters.

Paige earned her law degree with a Health Law Certificate from Belmont University College of Law, where she received the Bruin Scholarship for her academic success and was routinely named to the Dean’s List. As a law student, Paige had the opportunity to work as a Research Assistant for Dean Deborah Farringer, serve as the Symposium Editor for the Health Law Journal, and have her academic article selected for publication.

In addition to clerking for Rainey Kizer and another Nashville law firm during law school, Paige also clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Middle District of Tennessee where she developed a broad understanding about litigation through assisting in the prosecution and defense of both civil and criminal cases. Prior to law school, Paige graduated with summa cum laude honors from the University of Tennessee, earning her Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and Global Studies. After graduating college early, she worked as a Marketing Agent for a resort company and was recognized as the Top Sales Representative within her first month of employment.

In her free time, Paige enjoys spending her weekends boating on Percy Priest Lake, cooking anything Italian, and designing furniture with her woodworker dad.
