Nakota is a member of the Firm’s Employment Practice and is an Associate in the Jackson office. While in law school, Nakota was an editorial board member on law review and received the Student Note Excellence Award. Additionally, she was a proud member of the moot court board and received the Moot Court Board Member of the Year Award. She also received the following Cali Awards: Torts II, Constitutional Law, Estate Planning, Negotiations and Mediations, and Trial Advocacy. Additionally, Nakota received the Bronze Dean’s Distinguished Pro Bono Award and served as a student ambassador for her law school.
