Mr. Rogers has experience representing hospitals, clinics, physicians, and nurses in medical malpractice actions and representing healthcare professionals and hospitals in a variety of healthcare related litigation. In addition, Mr. Rogers has experience litigating personal injury and property damage cases and defending governmental entities.
