Robert Binkley Jr.

Mr. Binkley, a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., joined the Firm in 1986 shortly after receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law.   For over thirty years Mr. Binkley has represented employers and individuals in employment, workers’ compensation, insurance, and tort matters. Mr. Binkley assists and counsels private and public employers in conducting investigations and litigation concerning compliance with Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, THRA, and other state and federal employment related laws. In addition, he has extensive experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation and speaks on varied employment law topics. Mr. Binkley is a member of the Firm’s Employment Law and Tort and Insurance Practice Groups and serves as the Firm’s personnel partner.
