Binkley & Thompson attended Workers Compensation Institute Conference

RKRB attorneys Rob Binkley and J.V. Thompson recently attended the Workers Compensation Institute’s annual conference in Orlando.  This conference attracts over 2,000 participants, including many employers, insurance claims handlers, and medical industry insiders throughout the Southeastern United States.  Rob and J.V. were able to discuss with several attendees the recent overhaul of Tennessee workers’ compensation law and strategies to assist businesses in proper claims handling and minimizing claim exposure.
