Dale Conder Jr. Pens Jackson Sun Column That Provides a Constitutional Perspective on the Question “How Much Free Speech is Too Much Free Speech?”

October 9th, 2012

Jackson, TN– In a column published in The Jackson Sun, Rainey Kizer Attorney Dale Conder Jr. responded to the question raised by the paper’s editorial board, “How much free speech is too much free speech?” In his commentary, Conder cited multiple U.S. Supreme Court decisions before concluding that while the editorial board’s call for free speech tempered by responsibility is a noble goal, “the First Amendment prohibits the government from limiting our freedoms in pursuit of this goal.”

Conder’s Jackson Sun column may be found here.

Conder is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group and the Employment Law Practice Group. The honors graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law has written legal publication articles including “Law Enforcement and the Americans with Disabilities Act” and “The Admissibility of Electronically Stored Information.”
