Four Top Law Students Named Summer Associates At Rainey Kizer Reviere and Bell

Memphis, TN (June 28, 2011) –Rainey Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC (Rainey Kizer) has selected four outstanding law students as their 2011 summer associates. The summer associates work closely with the firm’s licensed attorneys by providing legal research and assisting in cases, and will be based in the firm’s Jackson and Memphis offices.

This year’s group includes Samantha E. Bennett, William Christopher Frulla, Jordan Scott, and J. Austin Stokes. Bennett and Frulla will work as summer associates in the Memphis office of Rainey Kizer while Scott and Stokes are assigned to the firm’s Jackson, TN office.

Bennett is a student at the University of Memphis School of Law where she ranks sixth in a class of 144. She has twice won the Dean’s Award for Excellence and was selected as a member of the law review. The Cordova resident previously earned a B.A. and M.A., both summa cum laude with a 4.0. grade point average, at the University of Memphis. Before attending law school she worked at Rainey Kizer as a paralegal.

Frulla also attends the University of Memphis Law School where he ranks 15th in the class of 144. He has received a Dean’s Award for Excellence, has been selected for law review membership, and was a moot court competition finalist as a freshman. The Memphis resident graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston as an undergraduate.

Scott attends the University of Alabama School of Law on a full-tuition academic scholarship. He is in the top 20% of his class and was recognized for Best Paper, Legal Research and Writing. The Clarksville, TN native earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Union University.

Stokes is a student at the University of Mississippi School of Law where he ranks 19th in a class of 171. He is a member of the Mississippi Law Journal and received the Outstanding Student Award in Civil Procedure. The Oxford, MS native graduated summa cum laude from Lambuth University with a 4.0 grade point average. In 2010, he served as an in-house summer associate at International Paper in Memphis.
