Michael Mansfield practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, employment law, and workers’ compensation defense. He defends insured persons and entities in cases involving automobile accidents and premises liability. He also represents insurers in connection with coverage issues, including investigation and denial of fraudulent claims, and coverage exclusions under commercial general liability and individual insurance policies.
