Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC (RKRB) announces the opening of its Martin, Tennessee and Fulton, Kentucky offices with the acquisition of Whitledge & Biehslich, PLC, continuing the Firm’s expansion across Tennessee and now into Kentucky. The new offices are staffed by the attorneys and employees of Whitledge & Biehslich, PLC, who joined RKRB effective September 1, 2022.

With the acquisition, RKRB has more than 50 attorneys serving its clients from its offices across Tennessee, including Memphis, Jackson, Nashville, and Chattanooga. Through the opening of its Martin, TN and Fulton, KY offices, the Firm expands the reach of its business and litigation practices and will have attorneys licensed to practice in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, and Georgia to better serve its clients throughout the region.

Allison S. Whitledge received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Murray State University in 2000 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. Allison is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky. She has a general civil practice primarily concentrated in family law, estate planning and probate, education/school law, municipal law, business formations, and real estate transactions. Allison serves as the Weakley County Attorney, the Weakley County Delinquent Tax Attorney, the Town of Obion City Attorney, and corporate counsel for the City of Fulton, Kentucky and for the Fulton County Board of Education. Allison resides in  Martin, Tennessee with her husband, Dr. Joshua Whitledge, daughter, Reagan and son, Drew.

Rebecca P. Biehslich received a Bachelor of Science degree from Union University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Murray State University, and she received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 1997. Becky is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee. She has a general civil practice which primarily includes divorce, child support, child custody, estate planning and probate, education/school law, business formations, and real estate transactions. Becky serves as corporate counsel for the Fulton Electric System, Hickman Electric System, Fulton Industrial Development Authority, Fulton County  Industrial Development Authority, and the Fulton County Transit Authority. Becky resides in South Fulton, Tennessee with her husband, Bo Biehslich, and daughter, Averie Catherine.

Kirk L. Moore received Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice in 1998 and Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. Kirk has a general civil practice primarily concentrated in municipal representation, estate planning and probate, business formation, landlord/tenant matters, collections and creditor representation, real estate transactions, and personal injury. Kirk serves as the City Attorney for Martin,  South Fulton, and Woodland Mills, Tennessee. Kirk resides in Martin, Tennessee with his wife, Megan Moore, and children, Garrett, Lydia, and Mills.
