Will Bell Addresses Probate and Estate Planning Conference

 

Memphis, TN – Will Bell, an attorney with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC, addressed estate planning issues associated with recent changes in federal and Tennessee laws during the fall, 2013 Tennessee Attorneys Memo’s Probate and Estate Planning Conference in Memphis.

His presentation, titled “Planning in 2013 and Beyond Under the New Law,” covered planning with federal exemptions and changes in the Tennessee inheritance tax in mind, the portability of federal exemptions, planning for flexibility, and special provisions for trusts and estates.

At Rainey Kizer, Bell concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and probate, business and real estate transactions, commercial bank lending, and commercial litigation.
